The plugs are on the outside of the saddlebags. When you undo them tilt them toward you, you will see the speaker plugs on the outside lower corner. Lift on the yellow tab, it will slide up. As it does, the cable will automatically unplug the speaker. Repeat the process on the other side. Hope this helps. If you can't find it, pm me and I'll send some pics.
Well that was easy.
I installed the fullsac power cores yesterday and just held the bags out far enough get to the exhaust hanger bolts lol.
thanks ,
really appreciate
BTW
I really like the sound the fullsac cores gives me. Nice, deep throaty rumble but not obnoxious.
I had true duel Rinehart's on last bike. Loved it for round town but not for long trips .

I installed the 2.25" Fullsac CVO power cores, techmat blankets and perforated sleeves. I love the deeper, fuller rumble now. I have a new AC coming tomorrow, after I install it I'll see how it runs, than decide if I want to have it tuned. My preference right now is the TTS MasterTuner but I'll see how she is running before I pull the trigger on a tune.

Ya, I had the same issue. I went into the dealer and one of my service techs showed me how easy it was. When you read the owners manual it almost looks like the plug to disconnect the speaker is in the saddle bag vice outside. I'm glad I could help.
I was the same way. Than I got it home and I knew I wanted the Yaffe 14" Monkey Bars, that meant longer cables and wire extensions. Also, bars were now just over the fairing and windshield and you could see the levers so I swapped them out for Edge Cut Levers. I needed Highway Pegs and the Defiance Series were the nicest ones out there, so after buying Defiance Foot Pegs, I decided to go all out and get the complete Defiance Series Controls. I too swapped out my stock baffles for Fullsac CVO power cores and I should have a new AC today. After that, I'm done for a while. I'll see how she is running after I install the new AC, it might need a tune and if so I'm definitely going with the TTS MasterTuner.
