Throttle twist,

I have a 2016 cvo road glide, I got in a little run off yesterday with another H.D. and when I grab second gear I twisted the throttle all the way past the stop and the bike quit until I twisted the throttle back over the stop now it wants to keep slipping. Has anyone else had that problem?

Time for a new one.you probably stripped the one you have.pull the grip off and look at it,you'll probably see the damage.

It could be the right hand switch housing isn't pushed inward all the way. That causes the throttle side grip to only engage the teeth partially. If you're only catching the last edge of the teeth they could have stripped out, allowing the grip to spin. Try loosening the housing and pushing it and the grip as far inward as you can.
