I have an 08 RKC...

I got the Skull Grip installed and lately it has been sort of sliding a bot, ie when i twist the throttle to the max, the grip would keep rotating (not freely but it would rotate past the full throttle)...

Gave it to some monkey to fix... I have no idea what they have done but it seems they glued it and now the grip/throttle is not smooth and would sometimes get stuck, so if I want to decelerate, I will need to twist it backwards...

What happened here? do i need to change the grip or is there a whole bigger mess underneath? i understand we do not have a throttle cable and that my bike has fly by wire...

Any advise is appreciated.

 

Loosen you switch housing, slide the grip out just a hair, re-tighten. See if that works. Sounds like its in too far and binding up.
