Default Problem with my infotainment

I always plug my ipod up and listen to that. For some reason I cannot change from one song to the next. Volume still works but I can't change the song. I thought maybe I needed a new cable but that didn't help. Thought maybe my ipod was acting up so I used Bluetooth to my Samsung S6 and still can't change the song. BUT I CAN CHANGE STATIONS ON FM. Any ideas. It's under warranty but I figure they'll struggle . 2016 CVO RG by the way.

No problem with the unit just a setting to change. Follow the below instructions from the manual, you are likely on Preset, change to Tune and the left joystick will advance to the next song.

With a tuner band displayed, select Menu.
See Figure 1. Press the Tune/Seek/Preset multiselect button until the desired function is displayed.
Tune: The PREVIOUS/NEXT hand control switch will advance to the next frequency increment. Holding the PREVIOUS/NEXT switch accelerates through frequencies.
Seek: The PREVIOUS/NEXT hand control switch will seek the next station. Holding the switch accelerates through the frequencies. The tuner then seeks the next available station upon releasing the switch.
Preset: The PREVIOUS/NEXT hand control switch will select the previous or next preset.

Thanks... I will give that a try. Everything was working just fine and for no reason just stopped working.

Glad it wasn't a serious problem.
