Looks like my 2009 CVO Road Glide is a winner again vs the 2018 CVO Road Glide! Mine has everything and much more!
I Do like the Factory installed 21" Loop up front though.

While I believe Harley could get a little more creative with paint I think they answered the call that a lot of customers wanted. 21" front wheel, stripped down version without tourpack, no lowers, blacked out. The price is a little steep though but I've never known any company lower price on the latest stuff. I think the new CVO RG is gonna be hard to get myself and will sale fast.
