No, we have and when we call you out on it, you'r not giving us answers. How much is your service? You're saying your phone service cost less to use. OK, two of us have stated what we pay for our XM service, if you're cheaper then share that info... Don't get mad, just give us some credible information that others can use.

I'm not angry at all, I was trying to get you to look into alternative ways to get your music assuming you have a smartphone already... most people do. If you don't then as I said enjoy your xm radio. If you really like music and you can go on YouTube and search top 5 best music streaming services, the video is 5:59 min long and it will tell you what you need to make a good choice in ways to listen to music. I personally use slacker radio and have had a premium subscription for years, after you pick one of those and figure out how to use it you too will say no to xm radio... again if you already have a smartphone this is definitely the way to go. After all you are already paying for the phone right? Give this a look you will be blown away by the difference... you have so much more control over the music you listen to, all for less than the cost of one new CD a month... do the research xm radio is way old tec at a ridicules price.

Nice.... how much is a premium subscription? What phone service are you using? Reason I ask, some cell services are better in some areas of the US...what may work well for you, may suck for someone on the other side of the mountains. Do you turn in on and just toss your phone in your bags? Changing channels, what does that require? Can you do that on the bars or do you have to access your phone?

XM may be old, much like FM/AM are old, but the product they are sending is still the same...music/programming. To me the performance is in the sound...which really doesn't matter if the tuner is your phone, radio or off a thumb drive....and that is an entire new thread.

makes no difference what cell provider you have because you either refresh/download to the phone via the slacker radio app when you do have service,or do the same when you have Wi-Fi, witch is probably the best way to go if possible. Just turn on the Wi-Fi when you are at a place that offers free WiFi they are almost everywhere now days. And refresh the station's you have downloaded and are listening to... this keeps it fresh so you don't have to keep listen to the same thing over and over again, as for your info system on the bike it's ran though the Bluetooth so all the information is on the screen just like xm radio and the joy stick on the bars work the same also, you can use the voice commands and the touch screen the same. When running where there is no single, most of the time for me in Montana... I pair my phone and turn it on then set the data single to off so it isn't eating up my battery on my phone, you should always do that anyway. The Bluetooth doesn't use much battery so it last all day no problem. Same in my Ford truck slacker radio has Ford synk so it works with the button on the steering wheel, voice commands and the touch screen, I even bought a motarola Bluetooth to fm that I run through my old pickup trucks radio so I can listen to it in anything with a fm radio... I'm a big music person and I can't tell you how much I would never even consider xm radio, and I have it on two vehicle's from the factory... it's well worth the time if you listen to music,news,comedy,sports... I never even consider xm radio even with them free it's not a good deal.one last note, I have the 2015 cvo street glide with the 600 watts boom2 stereo on my bike and the slacker radio Bluetooth to the bike sounds every bit as good as the xm radio... hope this helps

So how much is your slacker subscription for your two phones?

So you have a subscription but don't know how much you pay? It's the "greatest thing" but you don't know how much..."go ask them". Um that's the point of a forum, to get information on on a service or product from people who use them. So do you own that company/service and trying to promote it?

wow you are a peace of work... you ask how much for 2 phones, I tell you I don't have it on 2 phones so how would I know??? I suggest you may not want to use the same service as I do to look into it. I even give you a YouTube video link to watch and you feel I should do all the homework because i'm on a forum? I didn't say you should use the one I use? I said there are definitely better ways to get your music then xm radio... your like the neighbor at the mailbox in the tv ad that expects people to take care of you and get it done today because you have a lunch date tomorrow and would not be bothered to take care of yourself... Good day...

You mentioned you had a second phone for your truck... Obviously you're trying to promote a service and now wondering how you're connected to it. Are you connected to that service...owner, stockholder??? We asked for a price you pay for this subscription. You claim its way cheaper and better yet you have yet to prove it.

So I went to the site to look at what you get...first off, to get the "premium package" it's $9.99 for a single phone....That cost more than the XM. Slacker doesn't not offer the sports...it has sports talk radio...not the play by play sports packages. XM I can listen to any live game, any team...play by play. (I subscribe to NFL, NHL and Baseball, I can select the team I want to listen to) Slacker doesn't have a live radar/weather/traffic alert. Music wise it goes by category, station or artist...something XM does. I can't listen to full albums but I think there is a channel that does do that, just haven't found it yet...regardless I wouldn't be able to pick the artist for full albums...The XM cost me $17 for two and I have all what you have an more it does appear. Folks, this myth is busted. LOL
