Ok we will start here. Plug your head set into the computer and open the device manager software.
Click Next until you get to device setting.
For now Disable audio Multitasking
That Will also disable Intercom-audio overlay
Enable audio boost
Disable smart volume control
Disable Motion Sensor Sensitive
VOX phone enable
Enable HD intercom
Eight way disable
Enable Voice prompt
Disable FM station guide
Side tone disable if you don't use a CB
Disable Advance noise control
You can always change these back to what ever setting work for you doing this now just get stiff out of the way.

Next on you head set at the mic next to the foam cover. I know this sound dumb but make sure the mic is rotated to you mouth.
The is a mark on it. Have the mic as close to your mouth as you can. Play around with this. check back we should be able to get it working right.

The WHIM , Headsets and all this stuff has a huge learning curve. Do one head set at a time so you know one is right before chasing changes on the other. Next we can look at the setting in the Boom some times you may not have adjust what you thing you did.

Determined that it is an issue with the wife's mic. I installed a larger wind soc and saw an improvement, but the wind still activated the intercom intermittently. I will change the settings and try that next. May also use the alternante mic. Thanks for your help with this problem.

Intercom sensitivity

I have experienced the same VOX activation on intercom. I set sensitivity to the lowest setting and played with multiple settings with no luck, although it is fine under 65 mph. With no crosswind. Sena says Harley is the only one that can change intercom via the infotainment radio so save your time there. Someone mentioned the SENA app and it is a good idea to get it for any adjustments you need on the road. If anyone hears from Harley on this I would like to know. Thanks guys.
