Overall, I like the new wireless headsets when using the CB and/or Radio. However, if I turn on the intercom, the wind noise will activate intercom and you lose radio and/or CB. Adjusting the VOX sensitivity has no effect on wind noise. There are also configuration adjustments for headsets in menu, but the manual states that these have no impact when headsets are used with boom system. Anyone else having this issue and have a fix.
Are you using SENA head sets if so make sure you do not have it set you allow out side noise to be heard.
As for the mic work on VOX settings and place meant.
If you have HD version of the headset you can adjust them in the boom if you have SENA version you need to use the management software.
No there is a long list of option on your head set. Do it the easy way.
Download the HD device manager. Install it on your computer.
Open it plug your head set into usb slot with the cable that came with it for charging.
Click next if it needs updating do that first . Then look at all your options. If you have questions about any of the setting just ask.
Device manager software near the end of the page.
Go to the App Store or Play Store, search for the Sena App, it will help you with your headset settings and such, sync it with bluetooth (Phone to headset)

Thanks for your help in trying to resolve this issue. I did download and upgraded head sets to latest version of software. Still did not see a setting that would change VOX setting for intercom within head set. All setting are currently on default settings.
