After fitting the 20s evo system to my helmet I can’t seem to get the volume up when receiving a phone call, when the boom system is in standby the headset volume works fine when receiving a call via Bluetooth, however when listening to music through the headset & I receive a call I can barely here the caller, the music volume mutes but still can’t here the phone, any ideas ??

So go turn the bike on but don't start it. Connect your boom headset and then have someone call you. While on the call with them, turn the volume up by the column control on the handle bars. That should fix your issue. The system separates the volume for each function that way if your blasting music through your headset and someone calls, they aren't shouting in your ear.

There are new volume management menu options with the updated BOOM software for WHIM integration. They make it possible to change volume settings for individual elements without needing to be in that specific function. Two places for good info:
