Default 18 CVO Road Glide kicks ***

Just wanted to say the bike keeps getting better and better with each ride !! Let's have you guys add to this thread , could be a breath of fresh air as opposed to all the threads about Harley sucks, and the unfortunate problems some members have had etc .

Just got back from a trip to Pikes Peak and loaded two up and 90 deg and hotter for several days. Bike never missed a beat ran flawless. Perfect cam combination for the hills and passing. We ran gas and go at 80 mph and not one issue. One guy with us on a 2014 trike lost a water pump and three days of riding. All in all I can say I really enjoy the 117 much more than the 110.

The front and rear is the best combination I have ever had. Pro Action's are just outstanding. Two up or solo I never touch them. The front I went to zero pre load and it floats like a caddy.

Well I have just over 10K trouble free miles on my 18 CVO Road Glide. The 117 is a much stronger motor than the 110. Like the 110, it has issues, just different ones. Still love my bike.

Glad you are having good luck and hope you don't get the sumping issue. Rode a 114" and was underwhelmed but need to give the 117" a try! People love em' for sure.

I have never taken a 114 out , but have the CVO 117 and love it . Being underwhelmed on the 114, what do you ride now? I'm only asking out of curiosity
