Just wondering who may know about diminished value on my bike. I have a 19 cvo sg Black Forest and was hit by anther biker crossing over center lane it did 13.800 in damages I an curious to know how much in diminished value there is. It was not totaled.

 

I just has a 2016 CVO street glide that was totaled at 19,800 in damages. Initial estimate was 17000 and was not totaled. After second review when torn down the additional parts set it over the edge.

 

i would talk to your adjuster and see if you cant push him to total it! Talk to whomever has your bike if its a dealer or what ever. I wont say it but it can be done and with that much damage uou should. The bike will never be the same!

 

I have the exact same back and went through this back in June or July of last year. I had about the same amount in damage but mine was all paint damage and cosmetic damage. I fought for diminished value and after being quite pushy, I got GEICO to kick in an extra $1,500 for diminished value.
