Okay, going to show my ignorance here. The increased horsepower poses no challenges for the stock transmission and drive belt? No upgrades required there?
You need the 10 plate clutch assembly. Since I am upgrading a cvo bike, it has the clutch already. The drive belt is fine with the increased power.
ok cool. We need to hook up at some point at Groves maybe do some riding! I am planing on going to Ca sometime in May i think. Did i see you were going to Daytona for bike week? You riding or towing then riding? I was thinking about riding myself. I bought a 2019 CVO Street Glide.

Also interested to see how this turns out as I am not far from you all. Would love to maybe hear that engine sometime. Im in Bristow but ride out that way frequent (always West/ South from here, never East toward DC).
That 131 will be close in performance to Indian's Challenger. I test rode the Challenger and that bike has some *****. The Challenger is different in that it pulls all the way through the gear. Glad to see HD try and put something out that is at least close.
I had a chance to hear one of these 131s in person at Motown Harley here in MI. It had S&S 2-in-1 exhaust. It definitely goes brapity brap if you are into that kinda thing. I'd love to have that engine in my SG.

No problem, just PM me when you come out this way on the weekend and we can connect.
20% off parts and labor is a good deal. I'm building a 128 right now on my CVO, you should make sure the clutch can handle the power, you may need the AIM variable. What exhaust are you running? Air cleaner?
