ent for a 200 mile ride today, some stop and go traffic, mostly highway miles. Power is instant and quick. I have no doubt that I could lift the front wheel off the ground with very little effort. The sweet spot is from 2500 rpm's and up. I was cruising at 65 mph at 2500 rpm and quick twist of the rest would rocket the bike to 90 moh at 3400 rpm. I didn't push it beyond since I'm still breaking the motor in. The tech did a great job tuning my bike, I didn't feel any flat spots and roll-on power is smooth and instant. The clutch feels about 25% stiffer with the heavier duty springs but still not bad. Don't have a fix on gas mileage yet, maybe a tad worse but not terrible.
That's great! Gorgeous engine, too.
Do you mind if I ask what your "all in" cost has been so far?
I am reluctant to do that because my dealer went above and beyond to take care of me. For most rypical M8's, the upgrade all in is probably around $6k depending on the bike you have before any discounts.

Awesome to hear. I was keeping my eye out for the green machine as I did an all highway ride from Bristow to Strasburg and back just to get some miles and only had 2 hours. Perfect day for a ride today.
I was at my dealer this last weekend and talked to them about this kit and the crate motor. They have yet to do one and really did not offer a lot. They showed me the crate motor in the catalog which had a price of $6395.00. Of course installation, tuning, maybe intake, etc would run it up pretty quickly.

You don't need the crate motor, you would just need the 131 kit plus the required add-ons.
Cosmic, Riding High in HP has completed 1, 131 build that I know of. Speedway has completed one and are starting a second one. They may be able to give you some insight. I’ve had a couple of conversations with dealers around our area and the information available is slowing increasing.
