Front suspension 15 SG CVO replacement
I changed my rear suspension to Ohlins last year and now want to upgrade the fronts to Ohlins. I have read a lot of posts on replacement and will have a mechanic friend help me replace them. I'm not an aggressive rider and more of a set it and forget it kind of guy so i don't think adjustable fronts is the right choice. My question is did you see a huge improvement in the handling or should i just put HD fronts back in it? Who in your opinion is the best to buy the fronts from?

I highly recommend Ohlins. You will see a big difference in the way the bike rides and handles. You said you upgraded the rear already did you go with 12" or 13"? If you went with 13" on the rear I would recommend standard height on the front, not lowered.

OP you definately want aftermarket. I put Pro-Action rear shocks on a 2016 Limited and wow did it make the front end feel inferior. I traded it before I could make that change to a 2017 CVO Limited. In 2017 HD made some advancements in the front and it is not bad. But still not as good as what you will get from Ohlins, Pro-Action or Legends.

DoubleD8, Sorry for the delay in my response. thanks for the reply. i have 13" on the rear and figured on going with standard height.I was told by someone that before you buy them they can pre set them to your riding. Is that true?
