Default Boom Audio issues

2014 CVO limited boom stage 1 with amplifier. The left rear speaker bass works but no sound. I switched the left speaker to the right side and the speaker works just fine. I checked for obvious wire issues and could not find anything, I also did a radio reset and no change. I am wondering if I have a amplifier issue.

Does the right speaker work fine in the left side? If so, it is not an amp issue. If the right speaker exhibits the same problem when plugged into the left side then it is probably an amp issue or something not configured or flashed properly in H-D Digital Tech. If that is the case, you will have to take it to H-D to have them sort it out.
