just put 4500 miles san deigo and back hot trip in desert etc you know the climate. Im thinking of selling my bike as this will be my last long trip [ getting old] . Going to see value of bike at a couple dealerships and web sites. im thinking high twenties . have you seen actual transactions selling prices for a similar 2017 ultra cvo with 42500 miles ? i have seen # as high as 35000 asking price . i figure with bike shortage and pre sturgis my value will never be higher let me know what you think please.
here is what i know has happened i put bike on cycle trader and on this classified section at 29 no takers
after a week i lowered price to 25 no takers
after 3 weeks i brought to dealer they gave me 23 for it
i looked on there web site they were asking 29
i looked yesterday they were asking 27
real price will be the # they sell it for
