Also would like to know if there is any air flow to the passengers back with the CVO TP backrest on a 19 or the style that's on the 20 and newer bikes.

That will work on the 19 CVO ultra but not the CVO RG or SG
The 19 CVO RG seat bolts down where that bracket goes. That is meant to be hidden under the seat. The stock RG CVO seat will not accommodate that.

I know that much. What I dont know is if the CVO Limited seat will fit over the mechanism for the adjustable back rest. A Harley Hammack wont without tearing up the button of the seat. And from everything Ive read the CBO seat is basically a Hammock.
