It's all speculation at this point. The Cycle World article seems to indicate it with be a 2024.

Not a fan of the bags or rear fender, I like the looks of drop bags and low rear fenders. The batwing might look ok in person. It looks way too much like a chieftain in my opinion. The infotainment is kinda of cool and a clean look but I like the look of the real gauges on a Harley.

Some are saying they will be officially announced at the 120th Rally in Milwaukee as a 2023. Some are saying they will be announced as 24's at the Rally. Others say they are 24's and will roll out like the rest of the 24's.

Know one really knows.
