I recently acquired a ‘22 CVO Road Glide which the original owner installed a set of Rinehart 4.5 with DBX baffles. I also have a pair of stock CVO mufflers recored with FullSac 2.25 cores with tech mat blanket kit. I’m liking how Rinehart 4.5 fill up the stretched saddle bags but also prefer the deeper tone of the FullSac cores. Bike is completely stock other than muffler swap & no further plans of any engine/ head pipe mods.
Looking for rider suggestions here !
We put the DBX 45’s on our 17 CVO at the Daytona rally a few years back and the loss of low end torque was very noticeable. They did sound great!
Next we added a stage III kit and got the torque back plus a beautiful tone and incredible idle.
Now I have a 22 CVO with Khrome Werks 2-1-2 head pipe with stock CVO mufflers along with a Dynojet tuner from Fuel Moto.
I am enjoying this bike, the power and sound far better then the last. It’s quiet when needed, there is a trumpet bark when you twist the throttle and the power is more than needed. She goes from zero to what ever is needed instantly and more enjoyably.
Just my experience.

19 SG 107 with 22xe cams, FP3, 4.5 dbx and decatted stock header....added DK inserts too. I get many compliments on the sound, a nice deep rumble that roars with a twist of the throttle. She pulls hard through all gears. Very satisfied with this ride. No need for more.
