had mine past 109, i think more....i'll have to check it out again, but despite the fact that the speedo won't read above 109, i hit that in fifth gear and she still kept pulling when i shifted to 6th

the old '17 had a little shimmy at about 110, but nothing to make me feel the need to slow down, it usually smoothed out if i let up a bit or throttled through
