I just installed this kit on my HogWorkz chopped pac.
It came with all the hardware even the two shorter bolts for the lock.
The bolts for the lock are the same as the ones used for the hinge.
They are just shorter. You can use the longer bolts if you have
Extras laying around but will have to put couple washers under the heads.
The only thing the kit didnt come with was the hasp bar which I didnt need.
I thought about getting one and now if I do would do it up the way you did. I like that more compacted appearance. Others look more like an unsightly appendage which bugs me. Nicely done!

My tour pack came with all that hardware attached. I just had to by the lock. Neither came with the two screws for the lock.

Thanks, I have done the chopped in solo on my 09 CVO RG and then on my 12 Skunk. I like the solo look, better weight distribution also.

It's ridiculous that this kit does not come with that part when everyone else who sells a kit like this does. Some other kits even come with the tether for the lid and it's still cheaper than the HD one.
