$2-4k. It's just a frame and engine with no proof it runs. Also 15 years old .
At best it is basket case, project bike to right person.
Even if it was running $8-10i, if mileage is low. Google Internet to if that is close or not

If you considered getting a title? I just went DMV, for my state and they printed right there. I thought I knew where I put it

Bike looks like it was left to rot on a garbage heap! Shameful! I wouldnt touch it. Maybe clean it up and display it with some pride and someone might take an interest in it for parts. Without some kind of history thats all it is parts.
