TPMS signals transmit at 433MHz in Europe and at 315MHz in most parts of the world.
You would need a spectrum analyser to see if anything on the bike is creating an interfering signal.

Yes, 20 Road Glide Limited and after I did my stage II, and added some custom dynamics lighting, it started the dashes -- for me as well, exactly as you have described and I have had it with harley, I started a long old thread on it a couple years ago tpma drama
