After 26000 hard ridden miles, I decided to not do fixes bit at a time but instead bring the bike upto specs at one service and be ready for winter riding.
1. Regular 3 hole service
2. Steering head service, the bearings were good. just needed adjustment.
3. New AE2 tires front and back. Rear was shot with 14k miles on it, the front had a little tread left on it.
4. New brake pads front and rear.
5. Brake fluid flushed and replaced.
6. VA state inspection.
Bike is running great and looking forward to many more miles on it.
I haven’t done steering head service yet, I was thinking it was a big job and might require a visit to Harley Davidson.
Spark plugs are also recommended at 30k…..

Yes, its a very important service to get done properly. Your bike is close to 5 years old, I would replace the spark plugs at the next service if you haven't done so already at least once.
The steering head service should be part of the 25K Service, I'm currently at 25K miles and have never had any services done by HD, did them myself, but I will let HD do the steering head..
I’m probably gonna do a rake kit on my trike so the head bearings will be checked and adjusted. I only have 11000 miles but the bike is a 21 so I like to freshen up some fluids due to age and not just mileage. Good on you @kojack to take care of you stuff like it should.
