Default Panier liners & inner bag recommendation for RG CVO ST

Does anyone have any recommendations for saddlebags liners and inner bags for a 2026 Road Glide CVO ST please?

I want to a) protect the inner surfaces of the bags if I just have loose items in them and b) if I am packed for touring, just be able to lift out a fully packed inner back and carry it into my hotel. I have the big rolling HD luggage from way back to go on the rack at the back, so with that and a set of inner bags, life should be a breeze!

There seem to be various options from HD OEM felt inner liners, HogWorks, right down to cheap Chinesium options.

What are you guys using - are you happy with them or would you do something different if you had to buy again?

Thanks in advance!

I have the Hogworkz liners in mine and love them. They’re a quality item for sure. I’ll be ordering one for my tour pack too.

I have the HD bags in my 2022 RGL, they are always in the bags. I see no reason for a liner. On road trips, if needed the bags just lift out and come into hotel. But they are in the bags 98% of the time. I feel like a liner would just get in the way, good luck.

I feel the opposite way. My CVO came with the bags that life out and I don't use them. I find them awkward to use and they don't fit in the bags that well.

Looks like I should get the Hogworkz liners from the recommendations here. They aren't cheap, but then again, neither is the bike....

So I'll order a set of them, and continue looking for a set of inner bags that fit well and maximise the space...
