Tour Pak Hinge Screws Coming Loose
Has this happened to anyone else? I have a 2007 FLHTCUSE2. Today when I opened the Tour Pak I noticed three screws in the bottom of it. Since I hadn't bought any recently, I knew they came from somewhere on the inside of the Tour Pak. I peeled back the top liner enough to see that they came from the hinge bracket on the Tour Pak lid. I also noticed that the other three screws were very loose. I tightened them all as much as I could without fear of stripping the threads. Funny thing is that the three that had come out had blue loctite on them. Is this a problem that is common with the 06 & 07 CVO Ultras or am I just one of the unlucky ones?
