Cool

I too was planning on getting the CVO Orange RG, but when I went to do the money, it would have been $425 for 7 years and that was with $10000 down, $35000 total with all taxes freight and what nots. So I can relate to the lot of money point, so I met the money half way. I sold my 03 RG, it was a sad day but it went to a life long buddy so I know it went to a good home. I ordered an 09 Orange RG and am dressing it out to the nines, 103", cams blacking out part of the front and engine, color matched inner fairing etc. I did not want all the chrome that came with the SE, but liked the new headlight and rear fender/bags. So I am doing what I want with the new 09 and are going to see if I can not get those items through the dealer. In the end I will spend quite a bit, but I get my bike and in that aspect money is no object so I say do what you want but no regrets. Just ride.

I don't know that I actually would when the moment came.

Giving some thought to it last night, I like my bike. While the new ones are fantastic looking I'm only gaining model years. The 110 isn't all that impressive to me, my 95" runs nice and cool. I have a Baker so the 6 speed part is taken care of. I have real stretched bags not overlay extensions. But dam that orange screams to me.

If it were me I would wait. with the way the market is now you can get a good deal on a used or leftover then in a year start looking for what you want. I did that with my current bike, I bought a 1200C sportster rode the S@#t out of it for 3 years. Last month I traded it for a softail Deuce. The softail had less miles than my sportster! just my $.02
