I had all the part numbers for these items that I got from the dealer but I threw them out. Sorry. The reason was that I wanted to replace the bars if possible because I couldnt reach the bars properly and got bad back/shoulder pain
My fix was to heat the bars and bend them back 1 1/2" as the bar /risers are one piece and difficult to replace. If this is why you are interested in the part numbers, you can view my fix here
