I picked up my SERG yesterday and only got to ride it home because of rain. Today was a nice day with a high of around 50 and no clouds. I rode 195 miles and have to say that I had no idea the bike was going to be that incredible. I read all the reviews before I bought it and rode a standard RG but what can I say, this baby is far more than I expected.
I was amazed at the power, it seems that there is a strong, smooth power curve that starts at the bottom and just keeps on going - it will be interesting to see just how hard and high it will pull after it's broken in.
In reading the owners manual I see the bike's got 115 foot pounds of torque but there's no mention of horsepower. Have any of you had a chance to check your's out on a dyno?
I have a 07 SE Ultra those # were stock # I have V&H true duals, sert, and a AN air filter. The # are better now but I dont remember what they are.Looking back on my post it should be 86 pound feet of torque
check your program it wrong from the factor. the gas milage is way too high for 110 cvo my freind 07 street glide with 96" was getting the same gas miliage as i was with the same equment ringheart ture duel and se air filter and sert. i was running real hot and pipes were turing brown stalling a red light when runing hard poping when i let off the gas. harley correct the problem on the 09 cvo. there was a 10 mpg driffernt between the 07 and 09 spec. if you go to the dealer they will put in the new program you gain a lot hp and trouqe. i read on the net that there is a law suit on the 07 cvo because of the old program it cause the bike to overheat and gasket to leak and head gasket to blow. why harley did this i do not known but i fix all the problems.
good luck
