2007 CVO Screamin Eagle II's ?

2007 CVO Screamin Eagle II's ?
I posted this in touring and it was suggested that I bring it here. So, here tis. While getting my gas today, a man asked me if I would be interested in these slip-ons that came off of his 2007 CVO bagger. He said that they had 4 miles on them and were still in his V/H box that he brought home from the dealer. He believes they are the II's. Did the 07 CVO's have the Screamin Eagle II's or the Screamin Eagle's? I know the II's come with removable baffles and Big City Thunders sound good in them. Do ya'll think I would be satisfied with them for a $100 investment? I'm currently running my "modified mufflers", which sound better than stock but still not as sweet as I'd like. Ya'lls opinions would be appreciated.
