Question Screamin eagle II

While getting my gas today, a man asked me if I would be interested in these slip-ons that came off of his 2007 CVO bagger. He said that they had 4 miles on them and were still in his V/H box that he brought home from the dealer. He believes they are the II's. Did the 07 CVO's have the Screamin Eagle II's or the Screamin Eagle's? Do ya'll think I would be satisfied with them for a $100 investment? I'm currently running my "modified mufflers", which sound better than stock but still not as sweet as I'd like. Ya'lls opinions would be appreciated.

You might ask this on the CVO forum. I don't think the SEs that come on the CVOs are very loud. The old SE muffs are much louder. I have the old ones, part #65115-98B and they sound very good. I probably would like them even louder but sound is an individual taste. $100 is a good price. New they are just under $400, I think.

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think the SE11's have been available for sale the past few years (through H-D) as they are the one's stamped for racing/racetrack application due to increased volume?

I have SE11's on my '02 but it came with them on my RK from the original owner. Mine are not street legal (according to the notice stamped on the bottom of them) but I can't say that they are very loud at all but rather they have more sound than the stock mufflers and when on the highway with the wind noise and all they are barely noticable unless you twist the throttle somewhat.

You are correct, it's been at least 2 years since the SE11's have been available.
