I am looking for any 2007 SE ultra owners out there who could give me their thoughts and experience with this bike. I am seriously looking into purchasing one that only has 7k miles on it and is in excellent condition. Like new!
Make sure it has had the head gasket enhancement done. This was a recall that solved the oil leak problem that plagued the 2007 110 engines. Also, if it doesn't have it already, you would be doing yourself a favor by having an IDS (isolated drive system) installed to eliminate the 5th gear clatter. I have had these two things done to my 2007 and since then I have had two plus years of happy riding. If you don't already know this, 2007 was the first year for the 110 c.i. engine and 6th gear transmission on touring bikes. H-D learned from their mistakes and addressed the two issues the following year. The 2008 models had the new heads and gaskets and the IDS on them from the factory. Aside from the throttle by wire and six gallon tank, the head gasket enhancement and IDS puts the 2007 on par with the 2008 models. Hope this helps with your decision.

i have a 2007 flhtcuse2
had new heads fitted at 4500 miles now done 8000 miles trouble free
like the bike iam only selling it for new black cvo at the end of may
Love mine 43,000 miles logged and no issues. Heads were done at about 23,000 miles. Installed power commander and RH tru duals and sovled the heat issue.
i received a new engine, courtesy of the moco. at 25,000 miles. i had already had the head swap and stuff before that. not sure if my local dealership messed up the recall or if it was just a bad engine. i have had the gaskets changed three previous times before they came out with the recall. but, now i have an 09 or 10 110 engine in it with over 5,000 miles on it since the swap and no more problems. none the less, make sure you get an extended warranty if you purchase it, esp has treated me well.
