Just got my eyes on (and actually got to sit on an '11 Ultra Classic CVO) As with most bikes it's much more impressive in person than in picture.
Who's got one and has put a few miles on it? I'd like to hear from the voice of experience on the details fo the bike. Handling, performance all the creature comforts etc. I have alot of miles on Ultra Classics but this would be my first CVO.
^^^ !Congrats on your purchase! Agreed the CVO bikes look better in person from the word 'Go'. One of my bikes is the CVO Convertible. Performance of the 110 motor probably will not let you down...
I have the 11 I traded in a 08 CVO ultra new frame and lower seat make it handle better I bought mine from a book and was nerves till I picked it up pictures didn't do justice IMO I have 1300mi on mine taking a 1500mi ride this weekend love the bike you will to enjoy your sweet ride
I think these have the new adjustable shock absorbers don't they? If so how do you like the ride from them. I am thinking of a set for my 2010 RoadGlide, but at $500 MSRP I want to be sure they are worth the money or if I should just go with one of the Progressive models.
ut doe cvo UltraCClasic yesterday will either take delivery of one that is coming in Nov. or the once in Feb. More than likley the one in Feb.
SStill second guessing my decision on a big ticket item but also have a grin from ear to ear.
Cant wait!!! Love the look of this bike more than any other bike I have ever had.
I have had six HD's until now.
Went from an 09 UC to a 2010 UCSE so I didnt see much difference in ride as I dont think any of the suspension was changed. The 110 engine has a noticible incease in power but also with that, between the cat in the head pipe and the LEAN epa crap, I did get a good amount of pinging. Put on the SE HD ari cleaner/filter and the empty head pipe and PCV from Fuel Moto. That really zipped up the engine put not able to check the decrease in pinging cause its been cold since I've put them on. Also, top end of the 110 engine is a bit noisier than the 96. But they are a sweet bike and always complimented on it by bikers and non bikers.
