Holy Clutch Mr. Wizard! The VPC is amazing! I picked it up at my Harley shop and Scarlet is sooooo much easier to ride. I also think it taught my shop something new . I'm now so happy with my bike. It rocks!!! Thank you so much for recommending the kit. It feels like butter! Whats next? Well the windshield will be installed soon...my face looks like flypaper tonight.

When installing the VPC all you need to do is remove your derby cover, no need to drain the primary. Remove the clutch spring retainer ring and bolts. Replace it with the VPC kit and use the new bolts that come with it. There is a thin star shaped plate that must be bent by hand before installing. The plate fingers must be pointed outward. It literally takes 20 minutes.
To adjust the CVO clutch simply bleed the clutch hydraulic fluid.
All the info on how to do this is on the back of the package but the info is more geared to the cable clutch. The only difference is how you adjust it. It installs the same.
Another note... you see I also ride a trike. Many trike riders don't have much hand strength and can't pull the clutch without discomfort, some not at all. They too have a 103. Some have used the 84T and they are OK with it but the 70T reduces the lever pull more and gives the same results.
There are many more links. It's touch and go when being a Mod here. If I recommend a product then it must be one that I use and trust. Like everyone else, I can't advertise. I can't tell you where to purchase one but I trust this product and use it in all of my bikes and trikes.
