Default throttle boby high flow injectors

I have a 2008 CVO Road King with a 110 motor. The dealer installed a BUB TDX exhaust, Heavy Breather air cleaner, 58 mm throttle body and highflow fuel injectors and race tuner all Harley screamin' eagle parts. The bike came out great and works perfectly! I just bought a new 2011 CVO Road Glide Ultra and I am trying to do the same upgrades also upgraded to the new supertuner pro. The dealer is telling me they cannot get the bike to run (will not idle so they can't get it on the dyno to tune it) and want to scrap the throttle body and fuel injectors. Has anyone tried this on a new 2011 110 motor? Why would it not work on the 2011 but worked fine on the 2008? Any recommendations? Thanks.

You might try flashing the ecu as a 2010 as there were some changes in the 2011 to take into account the new 50mm throttle body.

Did you dyno your 08 after the upgrades ? I've been thinking my 110 might
benefit by a 58mm.

thats not making sense, even with different cams the bike should idle, even poorly at worst, the injector/tb combo is a good upgrade and will support 100hp and up mods. at least try to go back to original injectors, with stock comp/heads. you don't really need all that fuel with that stuff. the 58 mm tb is a great addition to the 110 as it can handle the extra airflow no problem. have put it on a couple 110s and they tune right in, and make a big diff in throttle response, getting to speed a lot quicker, even with the stock heads. they might have an issue with a bad tb or throttle switch

The 58mm throttle body will do wonders for the proformance of your engine, BUT it will push your stock injectors to the limit, you really need to upgrade the injectors when you change the thorttle body. I took the step by step method on my FXDSE, first with upgrading the exhaust, then the air filter and fuel processor, then the thorttle body (and thought I wwas done) the next step was to upgrade the fuel processor again (the Cobra FI2000R would not keep up), then changed the injectors (I don't remember the pounds per hour, but it wasn't much more than stock), then the cams, and once again the injectors because the replacement ones were too small again. Best advice I could give here is GO BIG OR GO HOME, (meaning do it all at once with enough room to upgrade again if you decide to go that direction later down the road).
