Just did a 2 for 1 trade ending up with a blue 2011 CVO Ultra. I think I suffered from Post Surgery Depression (if there is such a thing) after back surgery last month. Still not cleared by the doctor to ride yet but love the bike none the less!
If I can just figure out the exhaust thing I will be good to go!
I know it's black not blue, but I went with the Vance & Hines Power Duals and 4" Rineharts and love the way they look and sound!
I initially did not like the look of the V&H headers but they are growing on me. I had Rineharts on my old Ultra and loved them. Looks like a winning combo.
Strange situations permitted me to have 2 chances with the 2011 CVO Ultra.
First, I went with Fullsac X and 2.0 baffles in stock cans. I also went with the Fullsac TTS and Tune. Bike ran very good. Gobbs of power and dramatically reduce heat. The bike looked completely stock -- used stock shields.
Then, somehow changed bikes and went with V & H power dual and the Hi-Outputs. The look is good. I also install the TTS and Dyno tune. The V & H is obviously louder -- which I am not too excited about.
In the end, I think the power, sound and looks of the Fullsac is better. I have recommended this to several and I stand by my statement.
Oh, I still have the Power duals and Hi-outputs on my bike but would change if I could just get my thick skull over the $$$$ loss
