MSRP is 30,700 so there is 2,100 for freight, setup, taxes and any registration fees. I would try to get either freight or setup for free.
What kind of discount is the dealer offering for the accessories that you are going to add?

paying cash it was a quote over email they didn't say a word about giving a discount on parts I was going to get a check for $30,500 and say take it or leave it but can't decide what color man that white is sharp but so is blue
That is the National Cycle Wave Windscreen. Fits '98 and up. It comes in three sizes, this is the 10 1/2" tall in clear. They sell a med height 8 1/4" in light smoke and a short version 6 1/4" in dark smoke. I transferred this one from my '10 RG that I had for two years. Makes a huge difference, the aerodynamics are nice. Although this seems higher on my CVO, might be the low profile seat. I think the med might be the right size. Optics are not perfect on these because of the curves. I bought this at Motorcyclesuperstore for $145 with free ship. They get cheaper the shorter you go. Thanks for the question, hopes that answers it.
