HD does not publish hp on most models. The only one I have seen them do is the XR1200 at 90 hp.
The 12 RGC CVO is 122 ft.lbs of torque which is the highest of any CVO to date.
No info as to how it was achieved. It does have a 200 rpm higher red line.

Those are really good numbers. A buddy of mine had his bike dynoed, with simular mods and the before and after numbers are really close.
