*******question-----****
In 2008, Harley did not make a Road Glide CVO-- correct?
So, is it possible to order a new (as in 'from the dealer' 2008 Roadglide with a Screaming Eagle 110 motor?
Would that affect the KBB value?
If that is possible, why would anyone do that?

It's like any other mod you do to a bike. If you can find a willing buyer.... But increasing KBB, no. Even in a year that had CVO bikes converting a non CVO bike to a CVO like bike is not going to increase value.
I'm sure that was possible to do from the factory. Sounds like somebody wanted the power increase without all of the extras that come on the cvo bikes. If you look at the extras that come on cvo bikes the bigger motor really doesnt account for that much of the extra money you pay. In 08 the cruisers came with 96" motors that made 93 ft/lbs of torque vs the 110 that made 115 ft/lbs of torque. Thats one hell of an upgrade.
The only one that makes money moding bikes is Harley Davidson and maybe the dealership, no one else.
Mod the bike to ride because it any bike including CVO depretiate the day you buy it.
