Best bang for the buck. If you are the type that usually will add extras to your bike CVO is the route to take... the down side is you do not get to have fun shopping... there is really nothing they usually sell that is better than what a CVO comes standard with.
CVO you get these upgrades; performance paint, wheels, brakes , suspension, seating, gauges, oil cooler, chrome, full warranty on all that stuff and a slightly better resale. Plus my Orange and Black '09 CVO Roadglide still looks and will perform better than 99% of the other motorcycles around it.
The only CVO regret I have is not picking up the CVO Fat Boy when I had the chance. Didnt want to "spend the money". Well I put more than the cost difference in to the last Harley and now working on doing it to a different one.
Not a big fan of the CVO Street Glide colors, otherwise might have considered one.
my bike has been almost flawless (the fuel gauge has never worked)...i bought it for the big engine...do not like the new primary gearing and transmission as they have more parasitic drag than the older 5-speed bikes...so this bike is not much faster than the '05 i traded in...however the cvo bikes are great if you just want to ride, not race and have a big-horsepower dyno sheet to brag about
