The part number is 71628-04 - WIRE HARNESS, GARAGE DOOR OPEN.
It will plug right into the TL Phase 7 headlight.
That harness will allow you to continue using your garage door opener as well.
That's the harness I used on my 2006 FLHTCUSE.
You can purchase it from surdyke.com for around $28 bucks.
