The axle end is REALLLLLL close but the shock is at the end of its travel stroke so.... I should be ok. 
When I change my bags and go with the dump exhaust this won't be a problem as I'll be able to pull the pipe over and not have to worry about it being in the center of the bag opening.

Windshield change time. I had a 12" Windvest on my 01 and that is what I decided to go with again.
Looks to be about 3/4" taller than 2013 OEM.
Wider to fill in what HD cut off for vanity purposes.
A little more of a lip at the top to help direct the wind up.
Part number used.
