Changed mine out for a Mustang at Sturgis. Didn't spring for the heated version. Also just picked up a solo Mustang for my quick release tourpak conversion.
For me, the two most uncomfortable things on this bike was the positioning of the floorboards and the stock handlebars.
I knew when I first sat on my bike that the handlebars had to go, and the first road trip that I took on it confirmed my suspicions.
I had the W.O.'s 577's installed and with the engine guard mounted highway foot pegs, the bike just "eats up the miles".
To me, regardless if it's a motorcycle seat or a car seat, after two hours, I need a break to stretch my legs and empty my bladder, and I really like the heated seat.
We're all made differently so a bit of "customizing" is to be expected.

I have one and I don't have any problem riding for at least two to three hours.... I have another seat (FLHX) that I put on when I remove the Tour Pak but this one is killing me after an hour.... same for the wife behind. The only problem with the original seat for me is that the heater stop working after riding in pooring rain and the MOCO change it Under warranty. The seat material is not watertight.

took mine to Ride&Leather in Jonesboro, Indiana, had gel put in and also, had it cupped so it fits me better.
$150.00 for both, better than purchasing a new seat!!
