I have a 2012 cvo road glide custom and try like crazy to run premium fuel (which is 91 octane here) and took a trip up to Estes Park, CO and the bike had some pingin going on when i hammered the throttle pretty good going up a grade or just being under load. I heard it about 4 times i suppose in all. What needs to be done to make this go away? Thanks in advance
honestly......the things in stock form are all choked up due to the epa regs. Put a new no cat header on and get a tune and the bike will be a completely different animal

I have a 12 skunk cvo. I cured my intermittent ping by installing plugs for a vrod which are a colder heat range than the stock plugs
My 09 is running a V&H exhaust from the heads back with a race tuner and will ping when it gets hot, i have tried to run 92 or above with the same issue, Im actually at the point of ditching the cams and having it retuned to see if that helps.

Go here reference vrod plug. Not a magic bullet but it will help
Bone stock 110" cvo, no tuner. Currently thinking about going with the power vision and some D&D fatcats. We don't have many good tuners around these parts so i thought the Power Vision might be of help to me? Any Yeah or Neys?
