Racepres, actually it was on the right side when I got the bike from the previous owner. You can see it on the yellow purple pic. That was the way it came. The PO had put a chrome set of forks on the front end and I really didn't notice that it was on the right side till someone on this forum mentioned it. Im an ironhead guy so without looking in the book, I had assumed the flh calipurs went on the right. Im leaving it that way cuz everyone comments on it and I really don't want to pull the forks off to change it anyway.
Very nice work on your machine, much improved over start pic. Banana brakes are nostalgic but there are MUCH better brakes available, in my opinion. Fab Kevin makes a bolt on 4 piston set up kit for early FL's.
