Sorry, I misspoke, too many bike projects and I got mixed up. The FXDG paint is PPG Envirobase EHP. Chromabase is a DuPont paint. He's going to get a cost on a quart this week.

Sorry to say, but if that was my bike I would have left it alone. I have an original paint candy red 81, and it's one of my favorite looking bikes of all time. Either way, I'm sure you'll enjoy it when it's done.

hello shovhd,if you like maybe you could send me a list of parts that you need or you could check out this web site they sell NOS Harley Davidson parts only , they don't sell to north America but maybe i could help you source any parts that they have that you might need , " nosparts.nl " just type in the H-D part # and it will automatically show the part if it is available , they have a minimum order of 75 euros, or about 90 $ if you find any parts you need let me know, hope i can help
