Hello all...

I have a quick question regarding a 1982 FLTC. A quick story of the bike... The bike was in a house fire. The bike was saved with the exception of the front faring. The bike has been through multiple hands since the fire. The faring and bags were scrapped or thrown away. My question is... There is a plug on the upper portion of the wiring harness that needs what I am guessing is a control module. It is too short to reach the upper cluster. So is the control module a thing on this model? Can it be bought? Does it mount to the inner faring? The wires coming off the wiring harness also come off the coil and then into this plug without a home. I have always delt with a points style ignition. If it does have a "module" any way someone has a part number or a aftermaket line on one. Its the only hold up for now. I would like to see the bike going for Fathers Day. ANY HELP WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!!

I cannot envision what you are communicating...Was it mine it would have a Dyna-s or a Complete stock set-up in it and be Riding...
