anyone know the fork size of a 79 superglide? I've got a 41mm tripletree that i'd like to use.

Blacky...stock FX models for your year used 35mm Showa tubes; that 41mm triple tree are for the 49-E79 FLH front ends.

panz4ever----thanx, Im grabing my metric calipers from work today, this may be a front end off another bike.It's narrow - but the forks seem a lil fat. I'll no soon , the numbers never lie.[8D]
