Well just finished rewiring the bike, replaced harness and fixed all bad connection/wires found. Put power to the bike and tested everything. Everything works as it should. except it won't start (I get nothing but a click in the starter relay)

Spyke Single Fire Coil
Stampede Ignition module
All new fuses, Circuit Breaker and Starter Relay
Bike did start and run (roughly) before rewiring.
I jumped the solenoid and the starter spun freely. I'm stumped. I am leaning towards the kill switch, but I did continuity checks on all the wires in the right hand switch and all tone out good? I ordered a new solenoid just in case.
Any ideas? Also anyone have a wiring diagram for the Stampede ignition? I can't seem to find one online.
I think you've got a bad/dirty solenoid. Take it apart while you're waiting for the new one and see what it looks like. You sure you have the relay wired correctly?
Thanks Carl. Update: new solenoid came in but had wrong style mounting taps on it. So I took your advice and took the old one apart and cleaned it and tightened the small loose stud. Put it all back together and it worked! Now everything works as it should.
