What else besides stroker flywheels?
having said that sometimes enough room is in the block your only talking 1/4 inch more up and down
they do take special pistons that have the wrist pins re located for the different stroke
the oil ring ends up being flooded if you do not re locate that hole in the jug and block that drains the top end oil - you can drill it straight down into the flywheel area - but that sometimes causes more drag then changing the block holes and jug - comes down to oil pump volume to the heads - the strokers like a 2 hole crank pin not the stock one hole and I am not a fan of the three hole as the three holes are in the center of the rollers travel
you will need S&S directions to attempt this - have no idea what T&O gives for this as I have never seen any
But for a one time shot at wheels, I don't think so.
It is not worth it.
The S&S balancing plug weights will probably cost more than hiring a person with experience.
The degree wheel is needed to open up the breather port.
I am pretty sure you will need longer rods and different pistons.
I am not saying you cant do it...
but if money is the concern I am thinking it will be cheaper to hire the guy. (whoever you choose.)
